OBJECTIVE:

Our Princess/Prince Camp is designed to introduce movement in a fun, comfortable atmosphere.  Whether the child is 3 or 7, male or female, they will benefit from the structured activities, plus have the benefit of coordination, balance, discipline and good posture of dance.  We want to get the kids excited about coming to the studio and get a taste of what the dance year will bring.

We will provide a daily snack. (Please note on registration form any allergies or medical conditions.)

Each child will receive a tee shirt and tote bag commemorating their dance camp experience.

Each day, we will explore a different Prince/Princess theme and incorporate a craft and course of movement.

The children will be utilizing all of the skills used in Pre-Dance, tap, jazz, and ballet.  This camp will touch on elements of each subject.  This will be an excellent starting off point for the brand new dancer and a great skill improving opportunity for the older dancer.

                                                                                                        DANCE ETIQUETTE:

·         No gum chewing in class.

·         We expect each child to be able to listen and follow directions, so that all the children can get the most out of their dance experience. The instructor should spend her time teaching, not disciplining the students. We are looking forward to this summer dance camp!

·         It would be very helpful if all the children can go to the bathroom without assistance.
